Step 1: Share your vision

First, share your vision—and the context, dreams and constraints that go along with it. In this step, I get to know your organization and its story. I learn about where you’ve been and where you’re going. And I get to know what is most essential for your brand to convey—not just visuals or a logo, but what will drive your goals forward and support your priorities.

To make step 1 fast and easy, you can do all of this via one document. Just request the Brand Discovery Guide to start filling in the story of your organization.

Step 2: Get your brand system

I’ll use the Brand Discovery Guide—plus my own research and years of experience—to create a brand system including:

• A description of what makes your brand unique, optimized to plug straight into your website and media

• Voice and tone guidelines

• Messaging for up to 3 key audience segments

• Colors, fonts and visual standards

• Logo

After you get the first draft of the system, we will spend one week (5 business days or 7 calendar days, whichever is longer) on revisions. There is no limit on the number of revisions over this week.

Step 3: Put your new brand in place

After the week of revisions, I’ll send you a zipped folder with the files and assets for the brand system. You may also request up to 5 printed color copies. Postage is on me.

With the final version of your NEW brand in place, you’ll be raring to go.

To make sure you’re prepared for the next steps, you may take advantage of a complimentary hour of 1:1 or team training on the brand guide and how to deploy it. The training can take place up to one month after delivery.
